This policy explains what personal data Lamvoro processes when you visit this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer enquiries.

Who is responsible

The website itself

This is a static website. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A small flag may be stored in your browser (for example, that you have dismissed the cookie notice); it stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not require cookie consent. For operation and security, our content delivery network (Cloudflare) may set a strictly necessary cookie (such as __cf_bm for abuse protection), which is exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we store a small flag in your browser so the notice does not reappear.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare and our origin server. As part of delivering and securing the site, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the pages requested, and your browser type. This is necessary to operate the site and defend against abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Fonts

Headings and body text use Google Fonts, loaded from Google's servers. When a font loads, your browser contacts Google and your IP address is transmitted to them. If you prefer to avoid this, we can self-host the fonts on request.

Contact

The contact form does not send anything to our servers. When you submit it, your browser opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, which you choose to send. If you email us, by the form or directly, we receive the details you include (such as your name, email address, company and message) and use them only to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to set up a reseller relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before or during a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed for that purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (such as our hosting and email providers), acting on our instructions, and only where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the current version.
